Patrick has been a professional fisherman since 1999. He and his family also created, owned, and operated Fishpatrick’s Crabby Café from 2003 until selling it December of 2018. This beautiful little restaurant in Winchester Bay Oregon had 15 years of success. He and his family have proven their ability to give great customer service, pay a lot of attention to detail, and show excellent food handling skills. Fishpatrick's Specialty canned Tuna has been for sale since 2012, the first year Patrick and Kristi owned a commercial fishing vessel.

Patrick now captains the James Lee, sometimes with one of his young sons aboard, while Kristi manages the Cedar Grove Ranch, their home up Smith River in Oregon near Winchester Bay. This is the harbor where you can find the James Lee as shown in the picture. The tuna are carefully handled, frozen at sea, then delivered to a licensed processing facility for canning. The cans are labeled and shipped from their home at Cedar Grove Ranch.
